Class: Crafting Characters Online Workshop

Sunday, April 11th, 4 pm - 5:30 pm I will be teaching a free virtual workshop with SCRiB LAB on Crafting Characters Class Description: Characters drive the movement in any story. This workshop will explore this through prompts and questions meant to drive into understanding your character. What are their motivations, wants, fears? How they act and react in the situations you are placing them in? Then explore how this fits into the plotting process. Project Announcement: Radio Show 'Songs of Vermont'

 I am working with Big Heavy World to interview Vermont songwriters about their craft. About: Songs of Vermont is deep dive into the lyric writing process and craft of local songwriters. Local artists talk with me, Aurora Hurd, about the stories behind their songs, the time it takes to craft them, how they break through writer's block, and more. Every other Wednesday at 3pm .
